No Wood Mulch Until August

Due to problems with the Streets Division's brush processing equipment, the City will not be able to supply wood mulch until August 2, 2010. "Our large brush processing machine is still undergoing major repairs," Madison recycling coordinator George Dreckmann said. "We hope that it will be ready by the end of the month." "We hope that we will be able to supply brush for Madison residents at our City park sites during the week of August 2nd," Dreckmann said. "Residents should check the Streets Division's web site www.cityofmadison.com/streets for updates."
